Complete Dentures
Complete Dentures
Complete dentures replace all the teeth in a jaw and fit directly on the gums and supporting bone.

What are they: Dentures are sets of artificial teeth set into plastic frameworks that rest directly on the gums.

Who is a candidate: Partial dentures are used for people with several teeth missing and whose teeth aren't strong enough to support a bridge. Complete dentures are used for those who have lost all of their upper or lower teeth.

Visits: Three to five visits are required to obtain gum impressions and fit the dentures properly. After you receive the dentures, several more visits may be necessary to make minor adjustments.
